Our Story
Sarap Sourdough is a small home bakery in Artesia, California. We bake with care, intention, use natural leavening to deliver bright, gut friendly, flavorful artisanal breads and sweet treats.

Each loaf is hand-shaped and slowly fermented, giving the ube sourdough a deeply burnished crust that crackles as you tear into it and a tender, purple crumb that stays moist for days. The flavor is a balance of gentle tang from natural leavening and warm, nutty sweetness from real ube, with an open, airy structure that showcases the care and craft behind every batch.
